BRIAN M. BROWN is pleased to announce Dr. Michelle Yoshimoto as a member his staff.
Dr. Michelle Yoshimoto, OD, FAAO, a Southern California native, is a proud alumna of the University of Southern California and University of California, Berkeley where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry. She graduated with honors from Beta Sigma Kappa and awards including the Pamela Fong and Family Scholarship, Berkeley Optometry Class of 2015 Scholarship, and William J. Burlington Memorial Scholarship.
Her external clinical training was completed around the country at the Walter Reed National Military Center, Crow Indian Health Service, Department of Veterans Affairs White City, and the UCSF PROCTOR Foundation. Dr. Yoshimoto completed a residency in Cornea and Contact Lens at Midwestern University and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).
Her clinical interests include fitting specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and anterior segment pathology. She aspires to deliver excellent eye care with compassion and promote evidence-based vision practices.
Dr. Brown is happy to welcome Dr. Yoshimoto to his staff and looks forward to continuing to offer his patients the highest level of patient care and customer service.
